The Warrior is cool no doubt and if those stats are accurate they're impressive numbers. But I said outperform, taken with a grain of salt because I can only compare 1 of each (2013 super crew Raptor and 2007 2wd long travel crew cab Titan) and the rest is speculative.
Obviously the age gap and mileage doesn't make it an apples to apples comparison but the Raptor is much better on the road and performs just as well (driver limited) offroad in 2wd and when out camping everything, interior, exterior, suspension, 4wd option and drivetrain is better.
My 2014 Pro4x cc had a sticker of $43k, there was a 2014 raptor optioned the same and more as the Titan for $58k. To compare a potential production warrior or Titan with mods to the new Raptor it would have to be a 2017 pro4x for interior comparison and warranty with the 400hp gas motor, to get the interior on par with the base Raptor you'd be looking at leather/entertainment etc. That truck will easily be in the high $40s.
The new Raptor will not increase by much call it high $50k's with at least 450hp over 500lb ft of torque and more suspension travel than the current raptor.
There is no way for only $10k to get the 2017 pro4x to compare, body, paint, half shafts, tires, wheels, long travel kit, front diff, headers, intake, exhaust, tune etc and a now you have a bunch of aftermarket components that aren't covered under the warranty. If a Warrior existed I bet it wouldn't undercut the Raptor by more than $5k. If that's the case I say awesome and can't wait to see the comparison test. If we do see the warrior it won't be until 2018/2019, the Raptor will also have the 5.0 twin turbo as an option. Yes it will be considerably more.
And No I don't think the twin turbo V6 is the best option for desert racing but for 90% of the owners I say yes.
