interior moisture problem.

I have an 05' crew cab. I have a problem with moisture on the inside of the windshield. It doesn't happen all the time but when it happens i have to actually wipe the windshield. If it is cold enough i have actually had ice on the inside of the windshield.I have other vehicles parked in the same location and they have no problems. The windows are always closed when this occurs and there are no leaks. It's very annoying if you just want to hop in the truck and go.Thanks for your help in advance. Sounds like you have the AC drain leak. You need TSB NTB05-112a which extends your AC drain tube so that the AC/defrost properly drains out of the truck instead of into your passenger floorboard. I have to go and get the same thing done to mine next weekend on my '08 - also had it done on the '05.
No leaks on the floor.I just get moisture on the windows from time to time.My floors are dry. Thanks

Same thing here... I thought the streaks were on the outside of the windshield, but they're not. This is the 3rd time I've noticed it. I think the windshield is leaking during heavy rains.

check the area behind your rear seat, the entire area below the rear window and near the bottom vent. Sometimes water can get in there.
The other day it snowed.I cleaned the truck off and there was some snow laying on the windshield above the wipers. When i returned to my truck after work there was water droplets on the inside of the windshield about 4 inches up from the dash. No visible water is entering the cabin. At least i haven't found any. I am nearing the end of my warranty and want to tell the dealer what's wrong so they can't stroke me and just fix the problem.
Truck went to the dealer today for a bunch of other problems.I told them about the moisture and told them to call their tech line for an answer. Will keep everyone posted.
As long as you''ve begun the claim before your warranty is over, you should be taken care of OK.
Too put my two cents my 05 leaks during heavy rains have notice water dripping from the A piler handle on the driver side. Have notice a poor seal job on the top outside of the windshield. That and a few other problems I hope get fix under warrenty
Received a call from the dealer today. He said there is a service bulletin for an evaporator/AC repair? When i get the truck back i will have to see if the problem goes away.Parts were ordered and will be in next week.
