Anyone with ATT want an iPhone? I bought it for my wife....had it unlocked...and told her not to upgrade it...well she did. It is now bricked to ATT. It is upgraded to 1.1.3 There is no way to undo the upgrade.....SEE Below..... It is Jailbroken, which means a 40$ service to add thrid party apps, alot of which are already on the phone, and tons still out there to add. It is in good condition, it has a scratch on the top left of the screen and a few rashes, but nothing major. I am wanting 350 firm. No trades, no lowball offers, nothing lower than 350 please and shipping and insurance.I paid full retail, plus tax plus the unlocking which cost about 40-50 bucks.I am not looking to make money, just give a decent deal, recoup some money and get her a new one. I have the box, manual, charger and everything it came with, It is only 3 weeks old.. I ask that you please dont trash my thread, I am Paypal Verified, tons of Ebay transactions, and very dependable and honest.

So, you're saying that this is a standard AT&T iPhone now? So you have 3rd party apps for this still?

You didn't say 4GB or 8GB.

Just curious, I already have iPhone, just a little confused. I love my phone by the way.

just for your info.. there is a way to uninstall 1.1.3 and go back to 1.1.2. anywho i am on my iphone right now and i love it. someone is gonna get a heck of a deal...

Thank you guys .... As far as i am able to determine...Yes you can uninstall and reinstall to Jailbreak the phone....however, you cant downgrade the bootloader...which is essentially the OS that operates the phone portion,yet that is. Essentially it is a highly modified iTouch unless your with ATT So...it can only be used on ATT. And it is the 8 gig, and it is still Jailbroken and has a ton of apps already on it and able to download a ton more. I love this thing also as did she. As soon as I bought it for my wife and played with it for an hour I had to have one, so She got one for me! I could kill her for "upgrading" it!!!!! However if theres something I am missing I am all ears! I have been all over the internet trying to find a way to undo the "damage" and have turned up nothing. Please help!!!!

What part of "please do not trash my thread" is not courteous enough to be respected? I must admit it was funny... but not relevant. I have to admit i was anti-iPhone in the beginning, until I used it. But come on.... R E S P E C T others threads.

If it doesn't sell, I'm sure if you wait a little bit longer, the carrier unlock will come out for the 1.1.3. It's been announced that 1.1.3 has already been jailbroken last week but is being held back from the devs for public release, so wait until Feb and the new goodies will come out along with the official apple SDK will be out.

I am not sure what you mean by it is already jailbroken if it was upgraded to 1.1.3 as 1.1.3 cannot run any 3rd party apps right now outside of the dev group. Did you downgrade back to 1.1.2? What unlock software did you use?

I lol'd, but seriously the Iphone is awesome. I think its as good if not better that most cell phone. But I cant stand majority of people who own one... when all my friends got them they were like OMG it has a touch screen ! who ever thought of that ?! well palm did back in the 90's lol...thats what made me mad, not the Iphone itself lol.

throw it on ebay man it will sell for at least 350... unless prices went down alot ? I havent checked since it came out.

Relax, I post that page every time I see an I-phone thread just because it’s funny. It has nothing to do with respect or anything else. My link is not going to change anyone’s mind from buying your phone.

Yes, back down to 1.1.2 My apologies, and I dont know the unlock software... I employ a hacker so..... And I am sure they will unlock the bootloader I am just impatient, this is wifeys phone....and as much as it sucks for her to not have this due to her "DUHHH Ness" I must admit she deserves this phone alot. Its something she has wanted for a while and been denying herself.
