ipod interface kit

has anyone installed one of these or know where to get them cheap.i found them on courtesy nissan but 200 bux for some wires is a bit steep.i had a pioneer touchscreen that controlled my ipod but i sold it cuz i like the steering wheel controls and indash 6 cd changer.mostly the controls cuz ipod defeats the purpose of having 6 cds anyway
