I'm thinking of buying one she says its mostly freeway miles. Considering its been taken care of it should be able to get a lot more out of it ATEQ VT55. I'll get it checked out mechanicaly. Aren't v8s on Nissans strong? Should be good for a lot more

Definitely good for a lot more miles if it's been taken care of. Use high quality lubricants and coolant, baby the engine until it's up to operating temp and check the manifolds for leaks.

Edit: my engine and tranny feels like new @140k+ miles.

Lots of guys are reporting getting 250+ miles some even 300miles. The motor and Tranny on these trucks seem to be bullet proof when taken care of. Check out the thread "refreshing a Gen 1 titan" it will give you a list of known problems to look for when purchasing and basically thing you can expect to go wrong.
I'm currently only at 130k on my truck.
