I have a 04 4x4.
Just bought a set of JBA headers, factory manifolds are cracked.
Passenger side cat was blown.
What I need to know is what cat to use with this header.
I have heard is magnaflow 94035 or 59955. The 94035 has the 02 bung which makes no sense to me since the headers already have this, plus they are way longer than stock.
The 59955 seems like a better fit.
Please somebody that has done this install help me, I have a plasma cutter and mig welder, but the factory cats seem to have an angle to the b pipes after them.
This is my daily driver and don't want it down for 2 weeks.
Thanks.

You can omit the primary cats and replace the small cats in your oem B-pipes with a cat rated to handle the entire flow (I used the 94035).

Here if a pic of commercially available Berk B-pipes which use a separate bung aft of a bung-less cat.

you need a bunge for the o2 sensor that goes in after the cat's. One before, one after.

Here is a couple pics from my jba header install.
I know that this thread is old, but what was the length of the pipe between the headers and the bpipes. I'm about to install some shorties on my titan next week...
