Hey I was wondering if anyone has advise or the same problem with there 2015 pro 4x titan. At random times while driving down the road I get a jerk in my backend, almost feels like I hit a patch of ice or a strong gust of wind hit the side of my truck.
Thanks for the help

With traction control on or off? Any chance the tires are slipping at different speeds

Possible missing tooth on your spider gear in the differential. Does it mostly occur under load (like going uphill) or hard acceleration.
When mine broke, it would would skip a tooth while towing.
It is the first thing that I would check....

Another possibility is a misfire. Check your plug boots under your coil packs.

I felt like mine was doing that coming out of corners, when I first got it. Turns out it was the traction control, but I threw some traction bars on and never had a problem again. I don't know if i was getting axel wrap and it was coming on or what, but it seemed to solve my problem.

its a common transmission torque management issue, this is the second I have heard of on a gas motor in a week.
it is confused in the gear vs load ratio. The gate is too tight and I suspect the first software fix will allow a bigger gate (wider rpm vs load) to soften it and fix the hunt in gears.

I also noticed that my transmission temp gage never moves off cold and wondering if somehow it's connected

How long have you owned the truck?
Has the gauge never moved since you bought it?
What temps are you driving in that the trans temp doesn't move?
Under light driving in minus 20+ Celsius my trans gauge never moved either, until I gaver sh1t a few times on the throttle.

I take it you are talking about the second gen? If not I haven't heard of anything like that for the first gen.

The transmission in my 2015 works much better than my 2011 for whatever reason I haven't a clue.
The rev match works super good in all gears unlike my 2011 that only worked from 3rd down. The 2015 matches great from 5th all the way down.
Just overall feels like it performs better
