Here is an itemized gain chart I made with MS Paint that shows gains at every 100 RPM increments from 3700 to 6000. I think you will be interested. :gunz:
I tried my best to get the numbers as acurate as possible and I did this off of the first dyno sheet in your quote. Since I was eyeballing the numbers and lines, I may be off by 2HP or so in certain spots.
FYI, the red idicates power loss, green indicates power gain, and the blue numbers are where the peak HP was on that particular pull. The blue on the chart is just a marker where the different measurments had the same output.
Below is the dyno that I modified to get a more accurate reading. I had to create a grid throghout the powerband to get accureate numbers.
won't need new springs but possibly new lifters if the old ones are out of spec.. some of mine where .001 out of spec but that is less than the thickness of a hair so i decided to say screw it.. i couldnt afford to be without my truck anymore than 1 day, but if you have nother vehicle you might even gain 3-5hp more than me just by all lifters being within spec.. but be preparred for 20 or so hrs of measuring old cam lash, taking out old cams, putting in new ones, torquing them down, then re-doing the measurement for cam lash.. if any are outside the .010 to .013 lash window guess what you get to pull the cams out yet again to measure that lifter and do some mathmatical equation that is in the service manual to find out what size lifter you need to get it within spec.. lotta fun installing cams twice, lol
I thought those gains were pretty impressive, especially at the end of the chart. I kinda wish they had started the pull at a lower RPM just to see more of the difference in the lower revs. I hope the chart that I made helps you see your gains in more detail in the overall pull.
 Maybe there should be new sticky threads on particular mods that include dynos.
WOW is about the best I can sum up my totally bad a$$ demon possesed truck.. I tried (notice i said tried) to see if i could get WOT off the line today and it didnt grab at all just smoked the tires up to 35mph atleast 45-60 feet im guesstimating.. It's never done this on the 22's before so to say i lost hp/or torque is total B.S. most ive ever gotten from them before cams was a soft chirp.. and with cams before tune i got a 10-12 foot loss of traction, but not bloody murder to my tires, lol Needless to say i'm definatly getting WOT before 1mph.. And the top end is just phenominal and with the way it is now i can really see my self really getting arrested with this thing, lol it gets up to 100 soo damn fast compared to before cams i cant wait to go racing again, i just hope i can get lined up with some fast camaros/mustangs and not some slow a$$ 16 second trucks. It's just crazy to think Jared @ uprev was able to unleash another 30 rwhp yesterday from what i already previously had.. when i first dynoed i was only getting 301rwhp with 351 tq..
he really nailed this tune down smoothly, and if this isn't a 13 second truck i guess you can call me a crackhead.. but thier is just no way in hell this isnt going to be im soo excited right now, but ennis isnt having nother test tune night till like the 2nd week of oct. and hrp is too far to drive.. got bills i need to catch up on.. gonna drive me batty not knowing how fast she is, but i'd be willing to bet 13.6 to 13.7 easily.. it feels just as strong as my previous nitrous runs if not faster..
It clearly shows that you lost power from 4100 RPM and below right on your dyno sheet. All cams that are made for high end power lose some in the low end.
Perhaps it's the throttle response tuning that makes it more capable to burn up the tires. Those lower RPMs that the engine is at during a launch aren't shown on either dyno and that you probably had drastically lower power before since the throttle wasn't opening fully before resulting in a very weak output. Now that the throttle is opening fully, you are getting a lot more power at low speeds and low RPM. Catch my drift?
g-techs arent everything.. mine has consistently been atleast 2-3/10ths of a second slow since ive bought the damn thing.. it says i do a 14.7 on the street in the 1/4 and i do a 14.35 at the track catch my drift??
G tech should be consistant with itself i believe what he is saying. Then we can do the math. Although i cant figure out what is wrong with miine. Somtimes the 60mph red lite flashes when im only at 45-50, and says i got a sub 5 sec time
theres always going to be flaws..... you shouldn't post the pass you made 800hp and went a 4.0 sec 0-60 11.90 1/4........... i can count on 2 hands how many times mine has thrown out crazy #'s. the lights flash at shift points too. but it's cool we'll wait to oct, i was just interested in seeing some times.

yeah i know it was a bogus time.
I think i turned shift lights off since its an automatic. Still learning this thing out. One question, when you first turn it on do you have to be at a stop for it to calibrate?? Somtimes when stopped at a light it will say .17 g's
yes , you need to be at a stand still.. what kind of times are you running now? did you get going on the nitrous system? you can pm me the response.... sorry about the thread jack, but i did ask about times from the gtech.

43,000 miles on motor it has seen nuthin but break in oil and royal purple after 4,000 miles..
so far i've been thru 10-13 bottles of n20 and still feels as powerful as before, although im not spraying what imo is a large shot for a v-8 a 125 shot imo is high as i would go on stock rings/pistons etc.. only tried it twice and the truck hated it.. will try it again once i get back to the track.. I'm not a moron i don't spray juice on the streets, bad enough risking ur life but don't risk everyone elses also kinda thing.. and with 500+ flbs of tq you as well as i both know nitrous is not street safe on a truck with street tires.
i'll do some g-tech runs tommrow finnaly got it to stick for now after windexing window for 10 minutes straight, lol just remember these are 22x10 wheels and i ran the 14.7 1/4mile on g-tech with my old 18's never did try a 1/4 mile run with the 22's cause i wasnt intrested in the least to see how slow it'd be.. but I do know that a 6.2 to 6.3 0-60 is possible cause i've gotten those before pre cams but dunno if it will be possible since i'll have to wait till like 15mph before i can get into it, so the numbers will look ****ty either way..
people dont do testing for stuff like this on street tires, lol cause thier unpredictable, cant grip worth a crap and if it's not repeatable imo it shouldnt be counted anyways, only way to find out any vehicles best performance is at the track where conditions are perfect, and no moron grannys pull out in front of u while ur doing 80-90mph down a side street
10-13 bottles??? i've been through close too 250-300lbs at over 100hp... your right, you shouldn't do this unless you have a safe place, no entrances and one way, on a shut down highway is where i'm running..
