Keyless entry keypads for sale

Nissan has discontinued the wonderful keypads for the Titan. They are the most convienient accessory I have ever had. No more carrying those bulky keychains in your pocket. Leave them in the truck because you dont need them anymore. I have found a couple New in the Box, still sealed up in the plastic. They have instructions. There will be NO MORE according to Nissan North America. I will let these go for $175 shipped UPS ground to your door. The next cheapest option ($150 for the kit)I have found is a UNIVERSAL keypad with WIRES that requires a hole to be drilled in your door, then paying a professional $175 to install them. There is control box that mounts under the dash, and it has to be spliced into the proper wires, and there are a TON of wires. So these little factory stick on keypads take about five minutes to install with no tools at all. Just follows the instructions from the drivers seat, then stick it onto the plastic on your door. I will post pics soon. I have used these since I got my 2008 Titan. Well worth your money. Get them while you can. Thanks and God bless!

I've had a lock box (like the ones that are left on house doors when for sale) in my bed hooked to one of the strap hooks by the tailgate. It's not as "cool" as the keyless entry, but it works. I surf a lot, and just leave the keys in the truck. It's easy and quick, and like others have said, you NEVER worry about being locked out. I've used them for years on numerous trucks. Heck, if I need to lend a car to my folks (and I don't want to deal with traffic), I just leave the car in the parking lot with the lock box around the door handle.
Nissan Titan Keyless Entry Keypad for 2008 Titan Exterior

$52.80
i'm getting one of these. $175 is wayy too much for something Ford does anyway. i had ford explorer sport trac, and loved that feature!!!
I got one on my Titan, the best $50 ever spent. Picked it up on ebay, worked great for over 2 years, sold the truck last week..... im sure that it still works.
Just sold one of them. Only one left.
Well Blobenator, Were you lucky enough to find one in stock?
I remember seeing someone at one of the SoCal Meets with his on the gas tank lid, checked it out, was sold on the idea.

Funny how many dont change the default code on theirs lol

Anyhoo best 40 bucks back in the day I spent, and great for when I go riding in the desert. leave the keys inside truck hit the the key pad, and Brrraaaappp!

Is the first number 5 and last 9 ? I was hoping the codes were random.

yeah, the thing I think people forget to do is read the directions first. lol

So they go about finding the cool spot to put it, then the directions say..." when you have the key turned to X position, you have 3 secs to hit your new code, then enter it again, then turn key to off." Can't do that when you already stuck it somewhere LOL.

and yeah the default code is the same on all the keypads.
The default code that comes with each remote is not the same. I have five of them right here beside me and no two of them are the same. Now there may be some kind of "Master key code" that will work on all of them, but the one that comes with them are absolutely different. Based on the five I have here. Have a great day and God bless!
How hard are these things to hook up? I didn't even know they existed for the Titan.
They could not be any easier. Sitting in your drivers seat, you insert your key several times, then follow a few more steps to program your personal code into the keypad, which you are holding in your hand. Then you step out of the truck, and pull the plastic off the sticky tape on the rear of it, and stick it to your truck, either on the door pillar above your drivers door handle, or wherever you want. It can be anywhere. Its totally wireless, and has a battery. Total install time is less than 5 minutes, with zero wiring, zero drilling, just stick it on there, and go.
Will these work on 04 models?
yes if you have the keyless entry system.
I don't understand the desire to have one of these. If you need to have keyless entry for these to work why not just grab your keys and push the button on the fob? Why would you want to punch in a bunch of numbers on a pad when one button on a fob lets you in?

There is this strange and almost unthinkable event that will cause you to want one of these pads. The rare opportunity that you would be forced to use the keypad would have you realize the extreme importance of it. I am of course referring to the action of locking your keys in your truck.

Of course, i ordered one because 5 days out of the week the army gives me some sweet shorts to go exercise in. These shorts are great, except they do not have pockets. What ends up happening is either a) leave vehicle unlocked with keys inside b) leave keys on the ground. No longer a problem for me.

I go for runs and the one thing I don't want to carry are my keys.

Can you confirm they are not the same button sequence since each button has two numbers?

ie: One keypad can be 36172 and another keypad can be 45281... but they are both the same button sequence. (button#2, button#3, button#1, button#4, button#1)
Man, I never would have thought of that. Lets see, one says 53020, and the next one is 08271, so, no, those two are nowhere near the same sequence of buttons. HOWEVER, I just actually looked at the numbers on all five of these, and TWO of them do have exactly the same code on the paper. So apparently there is a series of codes they go through that do repeat occasionally. I suppose if a man had a list of all the possible codes, he could eventually get in. Easier to just break in though. Earlier when I wrote that they are all different, I had only looked at three of them, not wanting to open the factory packaging at all. Thanks for your great point. Have a good day.
