Need some advise guys. I just got through reading a 15 page post about different setups, but just want to make sure I'm getting this right. I am currently running 5100's on the stock setting with a PRG 1.5 spacer. When I installed the 5100's last weekend I just reused the stock coil spring, but now I'm thinking I should've replaced it since they have 231,000 miles on them.
I've read multiple posts stating that it's best to get rid of the spacer for a better travel and ride. From what I read in the other post, it seems that if I use the 08+ MOOG springs I can take off my spacer and get about the same lift? My truck is a 2011 2WD. Is this the case or did I misinterpret what the post was saying? Or would I need to install the 08+ MOOG springs and put my 5100's on the middle setting to level out my truck without the spacers?
