Knocking from front

I have an 07 crew cab 4x4 off road. Truck last 2 days makes a loud knocking / bumping sound at any little imperfection on the road. Currently have 175k miles. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Look underneath and can't find or see anything loose or leaking.

remove sway bar end links and see if that helps. from there it could be any number of things.

might wanna look into new lca's and new camber bolts. search for "refreshing 1st gen titan"
