I would probably ship it back to be "fixed" but I might ask them if "fixed" means 5 minutes with a belt sander and if so, could I do it myself or have it done locally. There was some weld flash in one of the sensor bungs on mine, I emailed a pic and asked them if I could clean it up myself and if so what size tap. They quickly mailed me a really nice tap which worked out fine.

Weird. Looks like the holes for the studs are elongated, not round.

The new header you get WILL NOT be the original OVAL design but a combo round/oval as these headers also fit the Infiniti QX.

So you have to slop the studs around in the elongated holes to try to get it lined up so it won't leak? Does this mean Stillen will be selling more Titan headers?

This is ridiculous. Round ports in gasket and header flange that don't match oval ports on head in addition to misaligned bolt holes. I want a refund and it isn't even my truck!

The new DT design is [made] alleged to fit both the 2011-2012 QX and Titan.

Fixed that for you.

I would not buy DT unless they confirmed they were the original style with the oval ports and w/o elongated bolt holes. Installing headers is a big enough PITA w/o messing with headers that don't fit. AFAIK, the only problem with Stillen was that they previously had them way over priced. They have now reduced their pricing, per their web site. There have been posts about both DT and Stillen that they will rust (as do the oem manifolds). OBX also had long tube headers, but it was posted that they don't fit and you have to dent them to get them installed. I have not seen any posts indicated that they have fixed the problem.
