I plugged in a bad unit into my left lighter socket and now my left lighter socket doesn't work, yet the right one still does. I checked the fuse and it appears to be good. Also when i locked my truck my horn doesn't sound off when activating the alarm. Does anyone know what the problem

Did the two things happen simultaneously?

Try a new fuse anyway.

Try holding the lock and unlock buttons on your key fob. That should turn your horn back on if it's not a blown fuse.

If I remember correctly when my left one went out it's a separate fuse independent of the right 12 volt, the Titan has two separate fuse panels one inside the cabin one under the hood I believe that one is under the hood.

The drivers side is constant on, the passenger side is only on when the key is turned, they are on different circuits.

Fish is correct. They are on different circuits. The fuse is in the panel under the glove box inside the cab. It is not under the hood. The inside of the cover is labeled. Find it. Pull it. Replace it. I think it's a 10 amp, but that's stretching my memory from when I did an add-a-circuit off of that one.
