Post a Pic of your Brush Guard and the Manufacturer. Looking at buying one for my Titan, just not sure what I like the best yet. Thanks.

I sorta like the one that was on trucks at the dealer...but of course don't want to pay dealer price for it - oh well, it's a 'wanted' accessory right now, not a necessity :(

I would love to find a brush guard that protects not only the headlights area but also the painted plastic area on both sides of the bumper. When I drive my Titan on my property, I'm afraid some small mesquite branches and other thorny weeds will eventually damage the painted bumper...

TitanTX- What brand of brush guard is that? Were you able to keep your tow hooks?
Aries. And yes you can keep your tow hooks. I never had tow hooks, but with the kit it comes with adapters to reinstall the hooks with it.

I got mine for 299 off ebay but the warehouse was local so it was a good deal.

The guy I got it from was ronusa.com

Hell, why buy a brush guard if yer skeered of scratches?
Most folks buy a brush guard just for the tough look (well, at least in San Antonio). I don't believe they protect your vehicle from deer like some believe. It probably makes the damage worse by affecting the frame. Yet, folks spend hundreds of dollars and add additional weight to the vehicle. At least I'll have some practical use for it. I personally prefer to keep my truck looking nice.

they're not all that hard to put on either - had an Aries on my Tundra that I fought with Aries about shipping (they say they have to use an 18 wheeler to ship it, although I could pick it up by myself - if you see what I look like you'd be surprised. Anyway, I had mine more for asthetics than anything....seems like alot of people in Texas with a truck has a brush/grill guard, more for the looks than anything

Well, it's not exactly a brush guard, but it's the same idea, just smaller!

BigSkiff,

I see you left the OF skid plate on with the Westin bar. I did the same. I ended up cutting rings like the ones provided and was able to mount it as if the tow hooks were still there. The only problem I have is where the the Westin brush guard meets the skid plate. On mine the Westin plate sits on the outside of the skid plate(looks the same on yours). I put in a long bolt and was able to use the Westin mount point. I can't tell what you did from the picture. I almost screwed the westin plate to the skid plate. How did you solve this problem?
