Think I've settled on 5100s (middle -1.5" lift) front and rear shocks along wit Nitto Terra Grapplers in a 285/65-18 for my 08.5 2wd Titan crew cab.

Anyone see any issues with this set up?

Also, anyone know of a good shop for shock, strut, alignment and tire installation in the Redondo Beach / Torrance area of LA. Was thinking about tackling the shocks and struts myself but not sure if I wasnt to invest the time to save $200-$250.

Shouldn't be any issues at all running that. It's a wider tire, but of the same overall diameter. Should look nice!

Looks as if I'm going to tackle the shock and strut installation myself. Talked to a couple of shops and they want between $450 and $500 to install shocks and tires and peform an alignment.

I can save $300 by doing shocks and struts myself.....that's a couple boxes of Cubans!
