I have noticed recently that while idling the lifters seem louder...almost sounds like a diesel engine. Oil level is good and oil pressure reads at 1/4 while idling and 1/2 while under power. I have 103k miles. Anyone having similar issues?

I have a tick as well that sounds like a lifter.

I tore of valve covers and ran truck, checked timing Chain, turned out its my exhaust manifold...sounds like a metal tap but it is in fact a manifold.

Something you might want to look into...

And 1/4 oil psi at idle? Not sure if that's good mine stays above half at all times

The older titans have oil pressure gauges that fluctuate from quarter to half, the newer ones don't. My 04 is kinda noisy under the hood too. Like Zeus stated above, keep an ear open for the exhaust manifolds because they all crack eventually.
