lighter dosen't work

Hi there
I have an 08 Titan and I blew a fuse while I was installing
the Sirius module in the truck. I checked and replaced all of the fuses but the constant lighter dosen't work any more. just wanted to know if anyone can help me? Thank you:

You do know there is more than one fuse box in this truck?
