Load Range - 114H RF vs. 114V XL????

4138 1
I am trying to replace a tire on some rims i bought from a friend. The rims are Katana Spears 24's. The tires that are on there are Cooper Zeon XST 315/35 R24. I found a site that has two different tires for this size. I'm soooo confused. I've been researching this load range and max speed stuff all morning. And i know that one has a max speed of 130mph and the other has a max speed of 149mph. I don't plan on racing, lol. please help. Whats the difference? Does it even matter? can i just use either one? Thanks

The XL is an extra load range tire. If you air it to maximum it can handle 2601 lbs. Couldn't find the load range for the RF. R stands for radial, F ... idk.
