I'm in the middle of installing my new dirt king LT kit. I have some Deaver C10s for the rear and the dirtking long travel shackles. Does anyone know how the Deaver C10s affect towing capacity? Does it increase/decrease/no change the load/tow rating for the titan? I emailed PRG and didn't get a response, so i emailed Deaver directly, but I haven't heard back yet. Anyone have experience towing with these after installing them and removing the overload spring?

I have towed with Deaver C10 and I have a bedcage with 2.5x16 King shocks on the rear. No difference in my opinion. I had a minivan on the back at one time. I would say they might even be better.

they're softer so they will sag more as you're removing the overload leaf. shouldn't be a big deal though.

agree with honda250xtitan as it does feel softer and i believe it's because i removed the overload leaf when i did the C-30's. haven't towed yet

Thanks for the inputs, i think i'll try it and see how it goes, can always take them off if I don't like it.

I'll post some pictures of the install this weekend, I have all the old parts off and I'm ready to start installing.

Everyone loves them, the daily drivability is supposedly amazing. I wish I'd done them.

so i installed the deavers and prg long travel shackles last night, pretty easy as far as spring packs go. Any ideas on where I can get some longer rear brake lines? There isn't much room left after installing everything for those hoses. My googling only turned up hose kits that included front and back, but I only need the rear as the LT kit came with new longer fronts.

so is it pretty much like when i swapped out the front brake lines with the extended brake lines when i did the spindle lift. i'm wondering how much longer brake lines would i need from the factory lines?

Yep, these are the ones I'm talking about. If they were longer it would have been a lot easier to deal with the spring packs

Just do a rear brake line extension bracket like lifted trucks do.
That's what I just got from PRG along with C10's and some radflo's.

Just a few updates, thanks for the info about the bracket, i'll look into that. The longer brake lines are about $75.

I'm not having any problems with my trailer (see attached pic), but i do have a load balancing hitch.

Also, if anyone wants to know, the rear ubolts are 2.5" x 9/16" and 10" long worked for me. I cut off about 2" per bolt. I got them cheap at 4wheelparts.
