I currently drive an 06 Titan that I bought new back then.
I'm looking at a used '17 XD Platinum Reserve Gas V8 for $41K with 7700 miles. Seems to be th going price on them. MSRP is around $60K.
My question is because I found a lot of them around the country with low miles 2-15K, I'm worried theres an issue with them or they came from FL or Texas from the hurricanes. CarFax is clean. What do you think? Why are there so many Platinums for sale?

I am from Canada and I can tell you that the ones that have been sold here have done well. Minimal issues if any with them. I have the SL model , love it. That is a good market value for the one your looking at. It still has lots of warranty in the event something goes on it. I would jump on that.

Not all vehicles exposed to a natural disaster get logged by Carfax. Sometimes the vehicle is drivable afterwards, a light cleaning and someone lets it go back to the lender.

Carfax has a delay, this happened to me. Clean Carfax on a Certified Toyota (TCUV) but when I went to sell the car, Carfax indicated that the car had been in a serious accident about 3 months prior to when I bought it. But the car was repaired and returned on lease on time, it took Carfax a while to see this record. I don't think Toyota tried to cheat me directly, because they prob also were unaware.

Sometimes Carfax just doesn't get the info, for whatever reason. You can always get the truck inspected if you have concerns.

Now, this is my opinion on the glut of clean used low mile G2 Titans: I bought a used canopy for my G1 Titan from a guy who put 300K on his 2005 G1 Titan. He delivered the canopy to me with his new G2 Titan. I was pretty excited to see the new Titan, and I complemented the new interior, it is very nice. He was just "meh" about the G2 Titan, felt some buyers remorse. He was very interested in my 2007 Titan, and when he learned it has only 60K miles on it, he half-jokingly asked me if I wanted to trade...but he was half serious. He said he greatly missed his G1 Titan.

Anyway, last paragraph is useless to you, hopefully the preceding info actually helps you. Good luck!

For what it's worth...
I'm new to the Titan, Nissan family as of today. I bought a used 2010 with 50k. Happy with the mileage and lower payments. However my hardball, dealer against dealer, 2 month effort presented an XD for $25.5k Here in Austin. I didn't pursue the dealer add ons but even with a potential 5k in additions, it's way under your price. Quote info below. Indeed, there was a quadcab XD for $25.5.
You'd have to forego amenities.

If it's from FL, I wouldn't worry too much about flooding. Storms come and go along with some minor flooding. Never seen it where it would swamp a truck, maybe in JAX, or MIA, but the rest of the state doesn't flood that badly. Now TX and LA, forget about it. I even worried about them sending new trucks to other dealers. They aren't going to make them disappear.
