Well it looks like it's in decent shape. I would worry about exhaust manifolds being cracked. With those tires and that lift depending on how long it's been like that, there could be some wear and tear on some parts. Check for leaks everywhere, but I recommend taking it to a reputable shop and have a once over on it. I think even in good shape $14k is as high as I would go maybe 15 depending on suspension (really good coil overs or something).
