Okay I have been looking for a nice 5 channel amp and the ones that I came up with was the following:

1. Eclipse XA5000
2. Fosgate Limited Power 1000
3. Kicker ZX700.5

Those are the three that caught my attention. I am looking for opinions and if there are other 5 channel amps that would be better.

Thanks. I will check it out.
I want to run some Infinity Kappa 6.5 (90 watts RMS per speaker) front/back and for subs I want to have two Kicker Comp CVR 10 (300-400 RMS per sub). The 6.5s are 2 ohms and the subs would be dual 4 ohms.

1. Eclipse [email protected] plus [email protected]
2. Fosgate Limited Power 1000- [email protected] plus [email protected]
3. Kicker [email protected] plus [email protected]

IMO i have always been a MTX fan
I use to have a set of mtx tens back in the day and they did set off a few alarms. So I will look at mtx's.
The reason I was looking at a 5 channel amp was because I just want one amp that does all the work. I don't want to run two amps.
I was thinking about that but wouldn't I need more room if I had two amps? I'm just trying to prepare the things I am going to purchase.
I understand that but I like to use as little space as possible.

If you have a king cab you are limited to about a 17" amp if your are installing behind the rear seat. It you have a crew cab with power rear glass you have even less space back there. Under the front seats will allow for about a 13" amp if you do not want anything hanging out and you can fit closer to a 20" amp in the factory jack location. If you build a rack within your enclosure length is of no issue.
Thanks for the info. Now I am going to re-think what I am doing now fromm that info. I was thinking I would have space back there but I don't know now....Well I will do some more research and let everyone know my next move. All by the way what do you guys think about the Kenwood DNX7100 DVD/Nav receiver?

Tech12volt custom built a box with a Boston G1 12" woofer and a 5 channel amp "all in one" and it looks really nice. I heard this setup and it sounds really great too! James, maybe you should post some pics of Transformers setup!
Thanks but I have already talked to him about the box I wanted in my truck. If I didn't go with 2 tens I would go down in sizes to maybe some 8 inch subs. So I will look at the items that you guys have listed and post back.
Sorry but I don't know what is 7100. So what is a 7100?
Sorry.....I feel real dumb now......
