Ok so I figured I would start a thread to find all the Utah Titans! I have met Marvelous Matt so far and was wanting to know who all would be interested in hitting some trails with us this spring/summer? I know Little Sahara down south is fun but I'm new to Utah and want to know other places to rock out! PM me or add to this thread and let's represent Utah!

P.S. I hate the snow even though I'm from Michigan...

I work in Draper! If you take the Bangerter exit I'm right past the Wallgreens on the right hand side... Auto Owners Insurance. Shoot me a PM with your # and I would be down for some trails... My girlfriend lives in Alpine so I have been up there but I am looking for some closer trails...

Good to see more UT guys on the forums. On a side note, I scared the shiet out of my wife when I popped in in 4 and gassed it through that Foot plus of snow we just had. On the way home I pulled out two cars that were stuck......man I love this truck.

Yeah your T is pretty Beefy... is the 2* timing still noticeable?

Nice to see some Utah titans! You see them all the time but not a lot of action on the forums. I'm out in Grantsville about 45 min. West of SLC. We got quite a few trails out my way in the west desert. Hit me up if your ever interested.

Desert Running will be fun as hell! We need to get a big group together and dominate some trails!

im in st george utah, we are the south western tip of the state, 2 hours from vegas. if you are looking for desert we have several trails down here and there is the gourge between st george and mesquite nv that has some trails around it. ill do some research and see if i can get some trails together.

Sounds good! I'm jealous of all the Cali guys that have Desert to play in

Yeah, the timing advance is def noticeable. I am considering going to that MOAB event in May. I should be back from San Antonio for my training by then so I may get that advanced registration paid for pretty soon.

Well I'm glad that it stayed with the truck... seems like it acts as a flash to the ECU so If anyone else wants the 2* advance in Utah I'm able to do it...

I'm in Draper, I just picked up this beast two weeks ago. I love it, but the gas mileage is taking some time to adjust to. I drive a lot in my job and previously I had an Audi and got 30 mpg. Now I'm getting 15 in this pig.

I am going to level it and I want to get wheels and tires. It's a shame as the tires on it right now are brand new, but I want a more aggresive looking tire. I also want to get some Bilstein HD's on after I level it.

Congrats on the new beast! Let the modding begin!

I might have to take you up on that offer, I want/need uprev but don't know when I will have the money to purchase it.

Let me know if you are ever in the SLC area and I'll hook you up. I'll have to check to see if the BDGT can do the 2* advance to the 2004 but it is not a full install so I would be curious to try it...

Anyone interested in Joining 04BlackTitanLE and I at 11:00am on Saturday in Lehi to go dominate 5 mile pass? Trying to start meeting up so we can go mob places and roll in Titan style!

The trails are as easy or rough as you want... most the stuff is flat with some hills but it is wide open so you are able to see where you are going... I went there when my truck was stock and had a good time...

Heck yeah there is I just gotta know about a week ahead so I can take the time off work! But hope you guys have fun and it doesn't snow you out cause it's supposed to snow pretty bad!

I love 5 mile pass, but I don't know that I would take my T through it, gets a little tight in spots. Although I suppose you sould just use the bypass if you get worried. Wish I still had the HEEP!!


Edit: I think I thought you were talking about Rattlesnake/constrictor...........I haven't really done much in 5 Mile Pass

5 mile is pretty wide open and you can be as crazy or conservative as you like... It is a little bit of a drive from Layton but I think we are planning to make a day outta it... Bring some snacks and dominate some trails...

I'm thinking we need to start a Utah Titans Club...

I think Modified Utah Titans sounds cool... I always liked Terrible Herbst Racing so maybe Terrible Titans... or something angry in the name? Do we have to have Utah in the name lol?

also, me and a couple friends started a celica utah club a few years back before I had my truck. I designed the logo and we got it cut out at a vinyl shop. let me know if you guys need some help, although I haven't done much of anything with photoshop in a while.

Well snow is here... bring that sled and rock out with us! Terrible Titans after a bad a$$ racing team... Herbst brothers are nuts...

Successful day at 5 mile pass with 04BlackTitanLE and Marvelous Matt... nothing broken but we did get to see a stock Tacoma almost roll down a hill... twice...

Funny you ask that... I was complaining all day about having 33's but they actually held up pretty good. I have 33'' Toyo MT's... The guy before me put a leveling kit on with 20's and 33's but this time next year I'll be in 18's with 35's... The tires held up very well! Marvelous Matt is in 35'' Nitto Mud Grapplers I believe and 04BlakeTitanLE is in 37'' Toyo Mt's...
