I am looking to get a custom emblem (well two of the same). Searching online has only led me to sites that either only offer their "custom" emblems or will create a custom emblem for a minimum order of 250. I only want two, one for my grille and one for the tailgate. Any one on here able to do something like this or know of someone who can?
Thanks

Just reread, do you want your own design? Look up Dunder Dan, he does grills, but believe he will do emblems as well.

Yes, I want something that does not seem to be out there. I will look him up.
Thanks

I'm a DIY type of person. If I were looking for customs emblems, I'd make them. Visit a craft store, pick yourself up some modeling clay, silicone mold kit, and some resin. Make your desired shape/emblem from the modeling clay. Then make a mold of it. Then cast it with resin. After it's out, trim the flashing, prep, and paint (unless you're looking for chrome).

Here's a good video showing how to make a one piece mold (no - this is not me and the parts being made don't fit well with this forum)

Here's a writeup of the same process, but this time they're making a taillight for a chopper. (this is where I originally got the idea).

Are u sure thats not u. I Am looking for something in the more professional realm though. I may be good at some DIY stuff this looks like it would take me too long with trial and error. Now if u wanna give it a go and then show and tell to sell it to me that would be ok. Haha. I am gonna hit up Dundee tomorrow but that does not mean I don't want to keep hearing about other contacts so please keep them coming.
Thanks

I print in ABS. I use it for the brackets for my headlight mod

I hate when these exchanges of info go private... Post up a sample of your work so we all can see it please. The OP prolly is not the only one interested in this...

If this design prints well I was thinking $70 for one and $100 for two. Like I said though it'll need to print nicely before I sell it.

As for pics here are some designs I've done. The whistle was someone elses design, but it works and is sweet :)

Looks like a bunch of goop, sweet, research and development goop. How long are they?

The bigger ones are about 6 to 6.5 inches from end to end when the barrel is attached. There is still some modifying of the design needed for sure

I meant they look like sweet potential goop because I am excited. I am eager to see the finished product. Has anyone else hit you up for this type of service?
