Over the past few weeks I've been contemplating the purchase of a Titan and was even thinking about holding off and looking at the 2005 Frontier's in December. I'm not sure I really NEED a full-sized truck. Early this morning my plans were changed when my wife hit a section of black ice, spun, and rolled my 1996 Nissan pick-up down and embankment. Fortunately, she walked away without a scratch which says a lot for the vehicle after rolling it completely over and ending back on her wheels. I can't say the same for the truck though. It suffered major damage with a twisted the frame, caved in roof, and just about a broken everything. The insurance company hasn't looked at it yet but I'm sure they'll total it.

Looks like I'll have to make a decision sooner than later!!!

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope she's ok. My wife got hit in her SHO last year by a dump truck. It spun her around a couple of times on the highway so she never got a company name or license plate #. In spite of all the people on the road that day, nobody turned him in. She walked away from it, but still gets sore from it. I hope everything turns out ok for you and your wife.

Sorry to hear about the truck, glad to hear the wife is okay.

I may end up with an 04 Titan and an 05 Frontier, so I feel your pain. I would probably by a used Frontier, An '00 Crew Cab comes to mind, and then wait for the '05's to come out.

Wow, glad to hear she made it out without a scratch.

You can't go wrong with the Titan, especially when you consider the extra space, power, and abilities of it over the Frontier. I'm sure the Frontier will get a couple more MPG's, but that wouldn't be enough to make me buy another small vehicle. Unless you live in the city and don't have much space to park.

My vote's for the Titan. And make sure to take your wife out for a nice dinner for making it possible for you to get your new truck. :)

Sorry to hear about the accident.

I am also waiting to see about either the 2005 Titan or 2005 Frontier. I am really wanting an S/C version and I know the Frontier has a SuperCharged. Just waiting to see if the Titan will be SuperCharged!

Also I think that a lot of bugs if any exist will be worked out in the first year of the Titan release.
