I am interested in putting on the Magnaflow Dual Exhaust on my 05 titan. On their website it says, "will not fit on truck equipped with OEM trailer hitch". I was wondering if anyone out there had purchased this exhaust, and has the OEM hitch. If so, what did you have to do to make it fit. Thanks for your input.

Magnaflow builds a great product and I don't blame you for going with them. You may want to give Stillen a look also. I went with the Stillen SS dual rear exit cat back. They also have a single side and a dual side exit. Prices are comparable and mine went on around my hitch without a problem. I love the sound. It is not overly loud but has a low aggressive tone. The actual volume of the exhaust is near stock at idle with a nice sweet rumble at WOT. If you want dual rear exit, this system is worth a look.

Thanks. After reading Shailey's thread and listening to the sound clips, i really like the magnaflow. If it does not work, the stillen will definitely be an option.

The demo Titan used in their video has an OE hitch and a big dent on the right side of the bumper. I wonder if you were to call Magnaflow, if anyone would know if it was modified.:dunno:

I thought it was an OEM hitch too, but i was not sure. I thought I would check on here, because there is alot of good info. I will surely be calling them to find out what they say. Thanks

Well, I went to the local shop, and just had them bend me the pipes. 3" in, 2.5" dual Magnaflow out the rear with stailness tips, $380 out the door. $100 cheaper than the cheapest bolt on kit i could find on line. Pretty stoked about it. Like the way it sounds. Pics to come soon. Snowing too hard right now for me to get my lazy butt out there and take them:).

I just had Magnaflow dual cat-backs put on this week. The driver side works perfect. The passenger side they will have to do some mods to make it work. The guy that installed mine just cut off the piece that goes to the bracket and welded it on the other side and it worked out great. I'll have to get some pics posted so you can see the results. As far as the exhaust i am more than pleased. Love the looks, sounds, and performance of my Magnaflow.
