What maintenance should be done before I install Cajun stage 2. I plan on doing oil change trans spill and fill and rear diff what else should I do I am thinking about replacing the radiator also.
The stage 2 kit doesn't make the engine work harder, if anything, it makes it work easier. I wouldn't do any service unless its due for it, not just because i'm are doing something else.
maybe throw in the axle vent kit when you change the fluid in the rear end, and if you do the tranny fluid I would install a sr4588 transmission cooler that bypasses the radiator. The stock setup is capable of contaminating your transmission fluid with engine coolant. Maybe put on a goodyear gatorback belt and keep the old belt as a spare.
and to add with what Mike said, whatever maint it needs for that mileage, and what maint it has missed or was not done.
look over the hoses and belts, etc etc...
spark plugs, idler and tensioner pulley with the new belt, if your getting a new radiator get new hoses, especially the little ones going to the oil filter housing.
