Hi yall. I'm a machining student at Penn College and I am in the process of making my own leveling spacer out of aircraft grade aluminum (well before rona hit) for my 2012 titan pro4x. I have been reading that a true 1.5 inch spacer lifts the front by 2 inches. My question is to obtain a leveled truck would the thickness of the spacer be 1inch? Right now the one spacer is at 1.5 inches but will be easy to take down to a smaller thickness. Thanks.

What you'll need to do is measure all the lengths and figure the angles on the suspension, so you can derive the ratio of spacer height to actual lift height. It's just angular math. Shouldn't be too tough. Grab a flexible tape and start measuring. At the end, use a little algebra/trig and you'll be right in there. If you need some help with the math, just ask.

Think I read somewhere that a 1.5" spacer measured 7/8"...
