Well I had my driver side manifold replaced. Dropped it off yesterday, they call me later telling me that the manifold was replaced but the tech cracked my oil pan.... How the hell do you crack it. I think he was trying to jack up the motor... Has anyone ever had this happen? On top of that they gave me a rental an then tried to charge me for it.. Hah no way you broke my dam truck.. Anyways my rant is over and I got a new manifold, new oil pan and fresh Mobil 1.

It has nothing to do with a Nissan dealership. It has to do with dumb people. They are everywhere.
The dealership still hired the dumb arse!! Seems to be a problem everywhere these days. Hate that for you man.

Agree, but some dealerships like the one in my area would rather lie and cheat you if at all possible. (Personal experience)
Unfortunately I don't doubt that a bit. Dealerships have a bad rep for a reason. And thats cuz a lot of them are that way. It sucks for the dealers who try to do the right thing.

He was inclined enough to swap manifolds but could use the hoist properly?
In his defense I see technicians put a pole jack under the engine after loosening the engine mount bolts to raise it high enough to remove the manifolds all the time. His pan might have had a casting flaw that allowed it to crack when this was done. Seems to me that recently the a slipped jack cracked the pan on a turbo Titan.
