Max Electrical load on the reverse/backup light circuit on the trailer plug harness

Does any one know what the Max Electrical load on the reverse/backup light circuit on the trailer plug harness is of a 2010 Titan?

I want to install 4 24watt LED flood lamps on my travel trailer and 2 in the back of the truck. This would add up to a little less than 10amps. Can this circuit handle this?

It is a 10 Amp Fuse. I would add a Relay. I am using a single 48 W LED right now, but will increase it to 2 very soon. You wrote you want to use a total of 6 lamps. 6 x 24 Watts = 144 Watts / 12 Volt Nominal = 12 Amps. Even dividing by 12.8 = 11.25 Amp, still not less than 10. You are best served by the typical 30/40 Amp Relay that cost about $5-10 with a harness.
