Max Electrical load on the reverse/backup light circuit on the trailer plug harness

Does any one know what the Max Electrical load on the reverse/backup light circuit on the trailer plug harness is of a 2010 Titan?

I want to install 4 24watt LED flood lamps on my travel trailer and 2 in the back of the truck. This would add up to a little less than 10amps. Can this circuit handle this?

I have two 10" LED light bars under my rear bumper. They are turned on through a relay that receives a signal from the backup lights but is powered by a (14 gauge?) wire run from the battery.

As was recommended above, use a relay. Don't forget to put in a fuse too.
