Max tongue weight with WD Hitch
What is the approximate max tongue weight when using a weight distribution hitch? I know it spreads out the weight but does anyone know how much let's say 1000 tongue weight gets distributed?

The hitch itself (the ball and the mount and the receiver) is still holding all of that weight. The weight distribution part comes in to play for distributing some of that weight to the front suspension and off of the rear suspension. And like Lou said, that depends on how the hitch is set up. The tighter the bars are cranked, the more goes to the front.
