I'd like to share some build pics of my new custom PreRunner Light Bar by Metal Worx. It's a bolt-on application & I'm mounting a 20" LED flood/spot bar on it.

Stay tuned, I'll keep this thread updated along with a review of the final product once it's mounted on the truck w/ the LED bar. :blueblob:

Nah, just a light bar w/ prerunner inspiration. Instead of round HIDs, I'm going w/ a 20" LED.

Thanks man. I couldn't decide on a full bumper replacement. I liked the one you made on your old Titan and I like the prerunner style too but overall I wanted stock w/ a little something. Originally I was going to put the LED in the lower bumper.

It looks as if the welds are much lower in that section also, meaning they didn't notch the tube correctly and filled it with weld instead

Ordered a rocker switch for the LED. Gotta figure out where to put it, all of the oem ports are taken.

Just lightbars. I am building light bars for the TITANS because there are'nt any nice ones on the market. I dont want to make this a big "Hey this guy is a ****" thread. Because i'm not. I just thought it was a little diss-respectful for the only comment to be made on an item that Jason is stoked to get, was a comment about it not being built correctly. So yes, a little defensive.

It's cool if you're looking out for fellow consumers by keeping an eye out for quality control of a product. I can appreciate that, but it's different if you're insinuating that he doesn't know how to weld correctly just to kick knowledge.

To wrap this gay sh|t up, It's a good thing nordic isn't welding on aii's sport-trac bc he can put his skills towards my prerunner light bar that other Titan owners may be interested in

The funny thing is, the LED bar I'm mounting on nordic's light bar is coming from a contact I found thru a post by aii in the prerunner thread.

Learn how to read clown. I asked a question and supergod is who started this sh*t, I asked a simple question because I couldn't tell from my HUGE 1.5 inch screen on my iPod and he got all pissy. And if you had a damn clue what the grown ups were talking about you would know that I NEVER questioned the welds. I questioned if the notch came up short.
