Yes, I could go downstairs and test for myself, but....

If I were to buy an emergency tool kit to carry in my Titan, should I buy a metric or English socket and wrench set? I only used a socket one time to remove the skid plate but have long forgotten what I used. I once had a car that used both standards. :ftard: Of course I could just buy a crescent wrench and a ball peen hammer. I should be able to disassemble and reassemble the entire vehicle with only those two tools (according to an old Machinist Mate Chief I worked with back in my Navy days). :bangit:

I'd think Japanese vehicle, metric. I have both that I carry in my truck, just in case. FWIW, the skid plate bolts are 10mm.

I have mostly metric tools in the Titan. The exception is the Crescent wrench. It's SAE. :D

the titan is all metric and thats all I use on vehicles now. Only time I use standard is working on aircraft except for the newer helicopters, all metric like Eurocopter

My crescent wrench is Metric.
Left handed or right handed? :)

I'm right handed and my youngest son is left handed. I'm just waiting for the excuse "I can't help you work on the car because all the tools are right handed."

vice grips, a hammer, duct tape and a multi-tool is all I need.
