Only when I turn right around a rounded curve or u turn I noticed my driver's side Tire area makes a vibrating sound. could it be a control arm or a joint or something?
I don't seem to have this issue if I'm stopped and turning.
Not noticing any vibration from steering wheel

And it's not my tires rubbing

Jack it up and see if you have play in the tire. Could be loose lug nuts or wheel bearing on that side.
