I just replaced my tow mirror on the passenger side. When I was adjusting the mirror I noticed it wouldn't go up or down. Then I noticed neither would go up or down. There is only one fuse that I could see.

This pretty much leaves the switch right?

Being one and the same symptom on both mirrors, the only common point I can see is the switch.
