07 TITAN jba long tube/ catless resonated B-pipes/ di/do fm super 40/ Uprev.
It sounds good on the start ups, idle but when I step on it, it sounds like a tin can, LOL.can I swap out the muffler with a borla with out changing my current setup? Will the borla help get rid of the tin can sound. Anyone.

Flowmaster is one of the worse mufflers for our trucks best sounding an performing catback said by many is the jba catback with a resonator from Cajun b pipes. Don't have on mine yet but getting one soon heard it on another one sounded great mellow kinda deep no card in spoke sound.

I had the Borla ProXs on my T with the stock system and no other modifications. It has a deeper sound and sounded really clean. I ended up taking mine off because it really wasn't loud enough with the stock system but I did like the sound of it. I've heard great things about borla, magnaflow, banks monster, and Gibson. As long as you stay away from Flowmaster I think you should be pretty fine. As far as sound if you want to go loud get the Borla XR1 or something like the Banks monster... Check out sound clips. A more tamer, but still aggressive sound would be the ProXs. Hope this helps

I have heard sound clips of the black widow venom mufflers that sound really good, if youre into noise I'd check them out, but you'll need 2 since your setup is 2 in 2 out. I haven't heard them in that configuration yet, so IDK. Check out Jeff's sound clip videos on Cajun B-pipes.com, he has the JBA system and Cajun catback with borla muffler. There are a lot of videos on youtube of course, but you really can't appreciate the rumble and grumble without hearing it first hand. I have the Borla 40944 dumped before rear axle, no reso and the drone is terrible at certain rpms...to be expected. The sound volume isn't too obnoxious unless the truck is cold or I lean on the skinny pedal, the drone just kills it for me. I have a tailpipe on the way from Jeff at Cajun B-pipes, resonated tip and an UQ resonator to tame the drone hopefully. If its still too much I'll install the Borla 400436 muffler. The Borla is a good sound IMO, can't go wrong with it.

In short, yes, swap out for Borla, it should sound much better. Just my $0.02

I almost forgot about Black Widow.... definitely has a mean sound but probably isn't as clean as Borla
