The only thing I can think of is maybe it was caused by me changing the gas cap/lid to the lockable cap/lid. The original gas cap which came with my Titan did not have the lock on the Autel MD802 cap. I tightened the cap/lid really good but after driving 60 miles today, the engine light came on.

I am not sure if the light was turned on because of the gas cap or if it's more serious issue in engine???

Does anyone have similar problem?

I would have to agree with you on your diagnosis. To confirm it, just pull the code.

You can cause it by removing the gas cap between fills. Go put gas in it and try it.
