Been reading the forums more recently and it seems there have been some progress in the mods department for our Titans since the last time I was on here.

Here is my list mods i would like to install on my Titan:

1. JBA EVO cat back exhaust.
2. AEM CAI.
3. upRev
4. TrueTrac


My question in on the TrueTrac mod. I have looked around and it seems these differentials are around $550. Anyone know of a cheaper place to buy from? Also I have a 04 Titan KC LE with no VDC I assume this will work regardless.

I got my TT from these guys, the price can not be beat, Maybe summit or jegs but only by a $1. My 04 XE does not have vdc and the TT works like a charm.

So is the VDC still functional w/ the TT? How does the VDC being on or off affect the TT? Thanks for the info...

You should be very close to your pops with those mods, add headers and you are right with him, add cams and BCNU LATER, lol.

Who ever you get the TT from should have them. I got my bearings & races from these guys when i ordered my TT.

no you do not need them unless they are already ruined. I have some oem ones still in the plastic i did not use

VDC still works but turn it off for truetrac experience. Yes, VDC will kick in and its no fun. Turn it off and no more slip light.

As long as they are in there for $15 why not get them replaced. I did. Oem ones were fine but had 30k on them. Now I bought myself another 30k with new the carrier bearings.

i wanna say there more like $40-50. or maby 30 a piece? i cant remember but oem stuff isnt cheap
