what size tire? I'd say no wider then 1.5" to save your hubs and whatnot. Wider you go, the sooner your tires will rub the PWM remember that when you wanna go bigger tires.

They are the stock tires still. I'm having a hard time understanding this, with wheel spacers you'd think the tires would be farther away from the wheel wells making the tire farther away ....not rubbing?

Yeah but when it turns it swings in a wider arc so it will decrease clearance. Example. My tires have tons of clearance (33x13) with 3" lift on my pro4x. But I have 1.5" wheel spacers. I had to trim my PWM quite a bit to eliminate rubbing.

Pinch weld mod.

Just some extra metal the engineers at Nissan thought was necessary but us garage mechanics know better so we cut it off.

Lots of results if you search it. :)

I think I took almost all of it out. But idk now it's been a while. Fender liner covers it. Outta sight outta mind.

It should be dumb easy for you.

seems like it's a 50/50 with wheel spacers being fine to use. some say it's wear and tear on the wheel bearings over time. some say no problems whatsoever. i wonder if you would have to redo your alignment once you slap on some spacers?

I didn't. Suspension/steering isn't changed.

The way I see it, its (the wear and tear) equivalent to running a deep offset wheel. Assuming the spacers are hub centric and torqued properly. I think with my 1.5" spacers i'm at a -18 offset. The wheels I want are a -12. But a new truck sounds more fun lolz

an 1.5 spacer with stock 8" rims is equal to about a -12 offset rim, OR a 0 offset with a 9" wide aftermarket rim. A -12 offset with 9" wide will make your wheel stick out another half inch equaling approximate 2" of stick out from fenders
