My wife's 2004 Titan LE having issues. a few weeks ago battery is dead intermittently, nothings been left on. load tested battery and its just fine. had advance auto test starter & alternator as well. Now as well just the other day having additional starting issue. sometimes turn the key and no response, release key and turn again and starts just fine.

Had that happen on my 05 a couple of months ago, it was the starter. check the battery first and known IDPM relay issues these trucks have had.

I don't know that I would trust the load test on the battery. When my battery started going dead, it started doing funky things like this. I have an 04 as well. Acted like the IPDM relay, even though that had been done. Would do fine for a week and then I'd pull into a parking lot and shut it off, 2 minutes later clicking or nothing for 2 or 3 times then a normal start. Odd electrical things started not working well. I had the battery tested and it tested fine, but because of the age I replaced it anyway. Everything fixed and back to normal.
