Mysterious "clunk/clang" in front end

Hey guys,

Ever since I have put the lift kit on, I have had this "clunk". It has slowly gotten louder and louder, and is driving me insane now.

As far as lift goes, it's a Pro Comp 6" Lift, PRG Endlinks, MX6 Coilovers for the the front end...

Here are two clips of the noise:
First video you can't really hear it until the end...

Any help/ideas are appreciated...

After almost two years I finally figured mine out...unfortunately its quite hard to tell without a quick teardown, but my problem was my LCA shock tabs eventually wearing down and causing a minute gap, thus every time the shock had motion, the clunk...if you have a free day take a look there and check for damaged ball joints too while you're at it...

*and if you haven't already considered some LCA spacers from Greg, may want to look into that too...

Lube the swaybar bushings.

Hard to tell from the vid if it's same issue I had...BUT...my swaybar was binding in the bushings, after I put on my ProComp 6" lift.

I removed the brackets, lubed the bushings, and reinstalled...and it's smoother and quieter than ever.

Ok, will try and check that out soon. What's the benefit of the LCA spacers?

Even after putting brand new PRG Endlinks, the noise still occurs. Unless what I am thinking of is something different than what you are telling me to do. lol

Yeah, I did the same...but I'm taking about the bushings...the D-shaped ones that hold the swaybar to the chassis.

Ok thanks man. :) I'll talk to my Dad about this, and go from there...
Perhaps you could eliminate the sway bar from the equation by temporarily removing it.

Ditto on this. Every winter my Armada does the same thing so I spray some PB blaster in there and it goes away until next year.
Just tell household 6 that the coilovers are shot, and buy new ones. 10 bucks says the noise goes away!
digging and old one up here but did you ever figure this out? i just put my PC stage 1 on and i have clanking driving my insane, i dont have my sway bar back on yet waiting for my new endlinks so mines not the sway bar
