Im wanting to put the nav bezel in my 2012 and was wondering if anyone has put a double din 7inch radio in the top screen area for better Ipod connectivity and easier back up cam while leaving stock radio in the regular spot? reason is I already have the Pioneer avh-x5700bhs and the blue tooth in the pioneer sucks and the stock Bluetooth is TONS better. I just don't know if there is any room behind bezel in the dash part for the radio to fit.

Probably can't go any deeper than about an inch due to the angle. I think you will be limited to tablets and GPS units...unless there is a system that can utilize a remote screen in that place.

I only have experience with the 6 cd changer unit...which I know is more bulky than the normal one. Not sure if that would make a difference.
