So I'm considering doing a complete exhaust overhaul. I think I've settled on some JBA long tube headers and Cajun catted b pipes, but was wondering what I should do from there on back? I'm going for kind of a nice deep sound, but nothing too loud (no drone or CIS). I also want to be able to pass emissions (Portland, OR area). So, any advice on what to get behind the b pipes?

finish off with the JBA exhaust and add an ultra quiet resonator, it will kill the drone and CIS but keep a nice little rumble, or go with the cajun catback with a Borla muffler and the ultra quiet setup.

Does anyone in the Portland area know if long tube headers with catted pipes will pass emissions? I can't recall if DEQ does a visual inspection, but I've never taken anything through that sounded like it had an aftermarket setup...

I have taken a few vehicles for smog check in Portland as recently as 2012 and they only did an OBD2 scan.. I would check the DMV website or call to confirm tho

That's what I have.

I even have the hi-flo cats in the B's...

Mine passes in PA.

So I just ordered my JBA long tubes and will be calling Cajun to get my bpipes and Uprev after the weekend. Is there any reason I should get the heavy metal catted (400 count I think?) bpipes over the high-flow 200 count ones? Will both keep CELs off or is it more iffy with the high-flow pipes?

Just your preference as both will work just fine but the cats on the HM bpipes are a third bigger for extra scrubbing.

How much louder are the high-flows? I like the sound of your setup with the JBA catback and ultraquiet in the video on your site--does that setup have the high-flows? I'm willing to live with my negative effect on the environment as long as I can still pass emissions.

Any power disadvantage with 400 cell vs 200 cell cats?
