Need help will these fit ????? looking to buy today!!

Hey all think these will fit with a 3" front and 1" rear lift with a metric size just below 35" mabe 34.5: or something and like a 12" wide, I dont mind som very minor trimming and a 4 or 6 inch lift is in the future, this is just to get me going.
