I have been working on installing a replacement engine in my 2007 Titan - it has taken nearly a year with various problems and setback I have encountered during this time.

I have it almost back together but, since so much time has passed, I cannot recall where one of the hoses goes. On the front of the motor there is a water outlet. The large port goes to the radiator. There is a small outlet but I cannot remember where the hose for this outlet goes.

Any help would be appreciated.

the 1/2 hose goes to the underside of the coolant reservoir/tank just ahead of the battery.

the little 5/16 hose goes to the throttle body.

Hopefully, these three photos help...

Blue arrows show the smaller hose that goes from below the radiator hose to the bottom of the coolant recovery tank in the first and last photo. Red arrows show the even smaller hose in the same area that go to the throttle body (subject of many threads regarding pros/cons of bypassing the throttle body) in the second photo. Yellow arrows in the last photo show the upper coolant recovery tank hose which connects off-photo to the radiator cap-pipe.
