Changed oil with penzoil high mileage
Oil looked very thin almost watery
I then drove truck for an hour and the oil pressure light flickered

I stopped checked oil and it was 4qrts low

The cap had a milky goo on it!

I added oil and everything seemed ok

I get home and checked oil level and it was fine.
change oil and filter. The oil didn't look that bad?

I also added seafoam and plan on changing oil in 200 miles.

Anything I missing???? What was wrong with the penzoil I used

Any advice
I hope the engine is ok

Well the oil had to go somewhere or it was never there to begin with. How much oil did you put in after you drained it? It should've taken 7 quarts. Did you check to make sure the oil isn't coming out of the oil filter or the drain bolt? Was the dipstick lose and spilling oil inside the engine bay? White goo can be a sign of water in the system, possibly just condensation or could be a bad head gasket. Is the truck smoking white when it's running? Do you smell coolant in the exaust? If the rings are bad in the engine it will burn oil. Yet if it's burning that much you should have black smoke pouring out of the tail pipe.

Whatever is going on it's probably not being caused by the oil. If their was a ton of water in the oil when you bought it it would've been a white color and most likely separated into two parts inside the jug. Water on bottom oil on top.

Do another oil/filter change. Run and check your results.

Listen to Macs response! Milky goo under oil filler cap = blown head gasket. Remove the radiator cap...see any goo there? That's oil and water mixed. Run engine up to operating temp with that cap off, and then snap the throttle and watch the radiator fluid for bubbles. Bubbles = blown head gasket. Need more proof....watch the rear view mirror as you start up from a stop light etc.....see a white cloud?....blown head gasket. Need more proof....smell the exhaust when up to operating temp.......smell sweet?.....blown head gasket.
OR, take it to a reputable shop and have them pressure check the cooling system for leaks, pull the spark plugs to look for evidence of coolant and so on.

and pour that Seafoam in the garbage.
