My recommendation:

SAW (Sway-A-Way) coilovers for the front: $1099
SAW shocks in the rear: $???
3"? Deaver Spring pack in the rear to replace the ProComp block: $??

Consult this thread for detailed info from PRG, THE expert of all things related to our suspensions:

Close, the SAW for the bracket lift applications are $999/pr shipped.
Radflo internal res. are $1099/pr, exteranl res. are $1249/pr shipped.
Rear SAW piggy back 2.25" or Radflo 2.0" external res $399/pr shipped
