I have a pro-4x 08' CC LWB....

I want to raise it up 2-4" and put some larger wheels/tires or just tires on it. But this is my first truck, and i've only dealt with sports cars in the past so even with all I've read... I have no clue what i'm doing.

Please don't tell me to search, i've done more than i can take... I'm simply looking for suggestions for my specific case.

2-4" raise
Still be able to tow
Still be able to use the bed, and carry large loads
Level if possible
Good off road ability, but 90% of the time street driven
Larger tires? from stock?

do clearance mods with all of them if you go 35s. take a look at the sticky at the top for more general lift and specific rancho info.

For 2-4" just get a quality set of coilovers and rear shocks and call it good. You won't affect cargo carrying capacity or towing ability at all. Actually, it will probably get better. If you want more off road ability or added height add spindles, control arms, and leaf springs. It will still work hard, but it will play hard, too.
