Hey guys. I'm pretty new to the forums but I'm pretty sure this will do okay in this thread. I was messing around one day and pulled the Nerf bars off my truck. I kind of like how it makes the leveling kit more noticeable, but I also like the steel on the boards matching the badges, toolbox, and bull bar. Any opinions?

Nerf bars are to assist you getting into a tall truck. With just a leveling kit, are you or your wife needing the extra step?

Being a six and half foot guy I have no problem getting in the truck without them. They came with the truck so I figured I'd see what other people think of the look with and without them to decide if I want to keep them on or not

You're in the second gen forum with a first gen truck.

If you or anyone else getting into the truck regularly don't need the bars I'd say leave them off. Makes the truck look higher off the ground. I would remove mine, but I'm short and my dogs also use them to get in the truck.
